Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

This course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. The goal of PALS is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes.

We offer 3 variations:

  • PALS Certification: Instructor led. Approximately 4 hours on Day 1 & 6 hours on Day 2

  • PALS Recertification: Instructor led. Approximately 6 hours

    -or-

  • PALS Skills Session: approximately 1-1.5 hours. PALS Skills sessions are the hands-on component, that combined with the online modules done directly through the American Heart Association, provide PALS course completion. The skills sessions are done in our facility, and are led by AHA instructors. Skills sessions cannot be completed without first completing  the online modules and providing course completion certificates. The online Heartcode PALS course is a separate fee.
